Why I Created This Service…

When my son was around 1.5 years old, I thought I had figured out the balance between work, breastfeeding, and daily life. But then one day, my body told me otherwise. After a routine day out, I experienced a sudden, intense wave of exhaustion, panic, and physical depletion. It was a wake-up call: I had been running on empty for too long. That moment led me to realize just how essential it is to nourish ourselves as deeply as we nourish our families.

This program is my way of helping other moms who, like me, have found themselves putting their own well-being on hold. Nourish to Nurture is designed to make self-care simpler, more sustainable, and deeply supportive.
