What’s Included:

  • Opening Ceremony: Cacao & Intention Setting – A grounding cacao ceremony to invite presence and connection, followed by guided journaling to set intentions, release mental clutter, and transition into the retreat with clarity.

  • Strength & Stretch: A Balanced Practice – A low-impact, full-body workout blending Pilates-based strength and control with yoga-inspired deep stretching for a yin-yang balance of effort and ease. Expect core stability, posture awareness, and breath-based movement designed to build strength and release tension while minimizing strain on the neck, shoulders, and wrists.

  • Restorative Thai Massage Workshop – A guided session focusing on relaxation and self-care techniques. Participants will learn simple massage practices to ease tension, improve circulation, and support themselves or a partner.

  • Closing Circle & Shared Refreshments – A space to gather, reflect, and connect over light, seasonal snacks designed to nourish and refresh without feeling heavy.

  • Not at all! This retreat is designed for all levels. Whether you're new to movement or have an existing practice, modifications will be provided to meet you where you are.

  • While this retreat is created with moms in mind, it’s open to anyone who feels called to join and experience a day of rest, movement, and connection.

  • Just yourself! We provide mats, props, and everything you need. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle if you’d like.

  • We’ll have light, nourishing snacks—enough to refresh and sustain you, but not a full meal.
