When my son was around 1.5 years old, I thought I had figured out the balance between work, breastfeeding, and daily life. But then one day, my body told me otherwise. After a routine day out, I experienced a sudden, intense wave of exhaustion, panic, and physical depletion. It was a wake-up call: I had been running on empty for too long.
That moment taught me the importance of truly nourishing ourselves—not just with food, but with rest, mindfulness, and practices that restore balance.
